Can I form a US company if I don’t live in the US?
Yes. Non-US residents can own a US LLC or C Corp. You need a registered agent in your formation state. If you don’t have a US address, we provide one.
Which state should I choose?
If you live or operate in a US state, choose that state. Non-US founders often choose Wyoming or New Mexico for low costs, or Delaware if they plan to raise investment.
What is included in the $149 fee?
Preparing and filing your formation documents with the state, and sending you the approved documents. The state’s filing fee is shown separately. EIN ($20), operating agreement ($49) and a registered agent ($50 for the first year) can be added in the form.
Can I get my company approved faster?
Some states offer same-day, 2-hour or 1-hour processing for an extra state fee. If your state offers it, you can choose it in the form.
Will you open a bank account for me?
For non-US residents we set up Payoneer and Wise accounts for $20 (Wise also charges its own one-time fee). We don’t open US bank accounts for non-residents.
